Vivendi Universal announced today that it has closed the sale of the Babelsberg studios in Postdam, Germany, to a group of German investors led by Carl Woebcken and Christoph Fisser.

The transaction was concluded for a token consideration of one Euro and repayment by Vivendi Universal to its subsidiary of EUR 18 million worth of outstanding debt.
