2007 Dividend:

 

Annual Shareholders have approved at the 2008 Shareholders Meeting, held on April 24, 2008, the distribution of a dividend of €1.30 per share based on 2007 earnings (compared to a dividend of €1.20 per share in 2006) giving a distribution rate of 53.5% of adjusted net income and representing an increase of 8.3%. The shareholder distribution amount to €1.5 billion and has been paid beginning May 14, 2008.

 

2006 Dividend:

Annual Shareholders have approved at the 2007 Shareholders Meeting, held on April 19, 2007, the distribution of a dividend of €1.20 per share , up 20% with a pay out ratio of 53% of adjusted net income.
Dividend has been paid beginning April 26, 2007
